I am a lawyer and PhD candidate in  law, advising foreign executives—particularly Korean investors—on managing regulatory and operational risk in Vietnam.

My practice focuses on preventing regulatory crises, partner disputes, and reputational damage before issues escalate. I draw on experience in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters across sectors including energy, construction, healthcare, IT and transportation, where enforcement risk and stakeholder pressure are high.

Before private practice, I served as a police officer in MPS Vietnam, which gives me a practical understanding of how regulatory and enforcement issues develop beyond the written law. I work directly with decision-makers, translating Vietnamese legal and regulatory reality into clear business judgment, with an emphasis on early intervention and damage control.

About me

My team

While I work as the primary point of contact, I am supported by a trusted team of experienced lawyers and sector specialists with backgrounds in corporate, regulatory, dispute resolution, and compliance matters.

Depending on the nature of the issue, I assemble focused teams to handle execution, while I remain directly involved in strategy, risk assessment, and communication with decision-makers.

This structure allows clients to receive senior-level judgment and discretion, without the delay and inefficiency of large, rigid teams.
